How do I place an order?
When you see an item you like, click on "add to basket" and continue shopping until you're ready to make your purchase. We'll tell you what item(s) you've added.

How will I know my order was accepted?
You will receive e-mail confirmation of your order, including order number and an invoice for the total price charged.
Payments
Is VAT inclusive in the price?
All prices published are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of European Union sales tax at the prevailing rate, 17.5%.
How can I pay?
Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods or provision of service to you.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Items paid for by cheque will be posted once funds have cleared.

Please ensure you write your name and order number on the back of the cheque and send to us with a printout of your confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish, provided you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please do so in writing to our customer services department, at sales@theorchardhomeandgifts.com.
If you wish to cancel your order at any time after it has been dispatched, please contact us asap at sales@theorchardhomeandgifts.com or 0845 6430 363. In case we are unable to halt the delivery, you will need to refuse the goods on delivery. Please note that you will be charged for the outbound delivery and return of your item.
Once the goods are received back into our warehouse you will be refunded the amount paid, less the original delivery charge and return delivery charge (usually priced the same as the original delivery charge) and any charges incurred from the cancellation of the delivery.
The Orchard reserves the right to cancel an order placed via www.theorchardhomeandgifts.com.
